Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and providing customized solutions
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective problem-solving
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Sales Director or in senior sales management
- Strong background in account management, outside sales, and business development
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Technical sales experience in the technology industry is highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of Hilton systems
