Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the roofing/construction industry.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
