Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives to drive sales.
  • Identify and reach out to business owners with provided warm leads – NO COLD CALLING!
  • Communicate the benefits of utilizing Inc Authority as a business formation partner to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals that identify new opportunities for business growth along with providing a great customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Assist in the execution of business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Consult clients on business name checks, compliancy, registration timelines, legal documentation, etc.

No experience? No problem. We have a structured training program that focuses on training and development for all new hires.


Benefits:

  • Base ($20.00/hr) + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses + SPIFFS (Our Consultants make on average between $50,000 and $70,000 in their first year!)

  • Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm – NO WEEKENDS NO OVERTIME

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business development, account management, or related roles is a plus - but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth and creating value.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or CRM software
