Job Description
- Accountable for accurate sales forecast, securing sales orders according to targets and ensuring business is compliant to all legislative and company requirements.
- Coach sales team in key skills of dealer management including floor planning and technical training.
- Training and Support: Organizing training sessions and workshops for dealers to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.
- Market Analysis: Keeping abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Providing insights and recommendations to the company's management team for strategic decision-making.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling heavy/ capital equipment
- Minimum 3 years of experience with dealer management relative to capital equipment
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory or management experience
- Computer literate and proficient in the Microsoft office suite
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
