THE ROLE:

IT Sales (Growth Catalyst) - New Accounts

LOCATION

Toronto: in person / Hybrid, flexible work schedule and remote work options. Mandatory 3 days in the office in person.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Growth Catalyst to join our team as a New Account Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, driving revenue growth and shaping the future of our company. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing dealsto fuel our company's growth. You will be responsible for the entire new client origination process. You will start with a blank slate with the expectation of growing our geographical presence in Canada and the US.

The Role

  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 range per year + commission structure (see below)
  • Commission Structure:
  • Commission Rate: 2.5% of Sales from Managed Services Contracts
  • Quarterly Sales Quota: $600,000 in Managed Services Contracts

Performance-Based Bonuses:

· Quarterly Performance Bonus:

· Achieve 100% of Quota: $7,500 bonus

· Exceed 100% of Quota: Additional $3,000 bonus for every 15% above quota

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Take charge of our sales by achieving ambitious revenue targets through direct outreach campaigns, cold calls, and innovative solutions. Drive exceptional performance and exceed sales objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities, tapping into untapped markets and potential clients. Conduct market research, assess industry trends, and develop strategies for success.
  • Hunter Mentality: Demonstrate a relentless drive and hunger for success, constantly seeking out new prospects and expanding our customer base. Be proactive in seeking new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify key growth areas and tailor approaches to penetrate markets effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize outcomes.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Develop compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate the value of our solutions. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close deals with potential clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong human skills (empathy, kindness, integrity, excellent listening) and maintain high levels of client confidentiality. All successful candidates will go through an in-depth background and criminal check.
  • Strong attention to detail in preparing pitch decks, marketing materials, proposals and other marketing and sales documents.
  • Strong executive presence, confident and understand cloud computing, cybersecurity and the IT MSP model and business strategy.
  • Have an established network in Canada and in the US that would benefit from our IT services.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
