Key Responsibilities: As an Operations/Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with contractors, maintenance departments, equipment suppliers, and landlords/property managers
- Assisting with the setup of new parking sites
- Managing the ordering of equipment, signs, and maintenance services
- Preparing software tools used at the parking lots
- Collaborating with the team to understand various roles and responsibilities within the company's locations
- Supervising patrol staff and monitoring their route schedules and efficiency
- Ensuring ongoing fulfillment of these responsibilities
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure proper operation of parking lots, including equipment functionality, cleanliness, landscaping, lighting, and signage
- Identifying opportunities to maximize revenues at each location
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, responding to requests and issues promptly to provide top-notch customer service
- Interacting with clients in person, over the phone, and through email
- Initiating and following up on customer requests and issues while maintaining positive business relationships with landlords and property managers
- Assisting with month-end reporting, ensuring comprehensive and informative packages are sent to clients, outlining operational details from the previous month
- Managing online tools to promote and sell our parking locations
- Developing attractive sign packages that clearly communicate parking regulations and ensuring their aesthetically pleasing installation and maintenance
- Creating and executing strategic marketing plans
- Evaluating strategies and opportunities to generate more revenue at managed parking lots
- Meeting and exceeding client expectations
- Facilitating issue resolution and prevention for Calgary operations
- Exhibiting a strong business ethic in dealings with employees, suppliers, and customers
- Enhancing policies, procedures, and service systems to align with Calgary Operations' goals
- Reviewing client reports for accuracy on a monthly basis
- Monitoring financial performance to ensure budgetary commitments are met or exceeded
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitoring field and equipment maintenance, including vehicles, tools, janitorial supplies, etc.
- Utilizing monthly financial statements to control expenses and proactively plan service and sales goals
- Performing other duties as required
