Who is ready to build the future of work?

We’re growing - and we’re expanding the eng firepower here. We are looking for a Founding Full Stack AI Engineer. This position will be part of the core team that will help us build a billion dollar company.

Extensive prev AI experience is not required - but it is a bonus. Interest in AI, solid CS fundamentals, and full-stack capabilities are a must.

The buck stops here - you will be making core product decisions to advance the business, but you will also be an owner. This position will have a 1% equity minimum grant.

Application process

A well-rounded application to test across the stack and against team culture.

  • Intro call - get to know Selix & the SellScale team.

  • Technical — Build a full stack app, then pair-program on it live.

  • Product & pace — Walk through the non-tech side of SellScale - filled with prototyping, WOZing, prompting, and more.
