About this role Faire is a company invested in good design—as a Lead Market Researcher, you’ll join a tight-knit, collaborative Design team that cares deeply about Faire’s customers and ensuring they have valuable experiences. Our team is at the center of user experience at Faire, improving our product for the thousands of independent retailers and brands growing their businesses in our marketplace. In this role, you’ll help craft Faire’s product working with team members across content design, product design, engineering, product management, marketing, sales, strategy teams, and more. You’ll support existing research activities across the company and lead new research projects to deepen our understanding of independent retailers and brands worldwide. As a founding research team member, you’ll be an integral part of developing the culture and practice of research at Faire. As Faire’s first Market Researcher, you will be at the forefront of how Faire approaches surveys broadly and lead some of its first market research efforts.  We’re looking for team members that excel at informing and influencing product development, growth strategies and bring a genuine desire to learn and help others learn about our customers. What you’ll do  * Collaborate with partners across design, product, marketing, and more to deliver insights that enable Faire to build products that are valuable to our customers * Build systems that allow us to survey our users and non-users * Independently drive comprehensive market research processes including survey design, acquiring sample population, fielding the survey, data cleaning, data analysis, weighting, and reporting results * Effectively communicate data-driven insights to inform strategic, product, and marketing decisions * Contribute strategic thinking at the product, marketing, and company level * Mentor, train, and support cross-functional team member’s research efforts * Contribute to and positively shape Faire’s culture through collaboration, authentic feedback, and proactive participation * Travel Domestic and International up to 15% of the time Qualifications * You’re a trained researcher and have a degree in a field related to market research or survey science (e.g. Marketing, Psychology, Political Science, etc.) or an equivalent form of relevant research training.  * 6+ years of experience researching digital products, marketplaces, or B2B products * Excellent communication skills. You present research insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to every audience. * A collaborative approach. About this role We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager to join our fast-growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll own the operations, success and management of our lifecycle marketing tool and program. The owner of your function, there’s so much space to build processes, organize data that improves the customer lifecycle and journey to conversion. In a given day you could be building campaigns to our customer email segments or building the logic to seamlessly communicate between Hubspot and Salesforce. As Faire’s only Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to help build the data management system from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with autonomy and prioritization, as they’ll be the resident expert on Hubspot reporting and operations. They will be excited to work cross-functionally to solve problems and collaborate closely with sales ops, business operations, and sales. About this role As Salesforce Solutions Engineer you’ll be responsible for technical design of various aspects of SFDC solutions and integrations with other systems and tools.  The Solution Engineer will partner closely with GTM teams to understand the challenges and gaps in the process and proactively recommend innovative solutions. You will communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business partners, and lead digital transformation by aligning business, technology and new tech implementation efforts.
