Required Skills & Qualifications of Inside Sales: Inside Sales: Business Development Representative (BDR):

  • 3-5 years of proven, successful outbound calling experience, and/or lead generation
  • Impeccable listening to identify challenges our clients & prospects are facing, so we can deliver solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills for both internal and external recipients.
This is not a receptionist role. As a GLRC appointment setter, your ‘hunter’ mentality will create measurable results. Your elevated sense of urgency will set the pace converting leads into appointments for your Outside Sales partner. You reach targets by putting your partner on rooftops. Keep them busy to earn your commission/bonus.

Responsibilities of Inside Sales: Business Development Representative (BDR):
  • Generate lead flow - Prospect leads via initial phone or email contact, averaging 8-10 calls/hour. As the point person on the sales team, you'll engage the account and prepare them for a meeting with your Outside partner.
  • Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts to foster brand trust, serve on-going needs, and generate referrals. Generally, you’ll contact each customer 4 – 6 times/year.
  • Customer support – Answer incoming calls and emails, identify any issues and make suggestions for future solutions.

Job Type: Flexible
