Possibly the Coolest Sales Job Ever
Our small business is located in Pleasant Grove, UT, but we're expanding into the Seattle, Washington area! We are biased - but we believe we are a pretty great company to work for. We drive big trucks, offer more soda than you can drink and serve Kolaches and ice cream cones on occasion. We make sure our cities, mines and companies throughout the state of Utah and neighboring states have running water to wash their dishes, dewatering where needed, and pumps to take care of waste from flushing toilets.
Let's get the bad news out of the way first:
You might get TIRED. This is a sales job so your success depends on the time you put into the position. We want you to work hard and put the time into serving our current customers as well as building a new quality cliental.
Now lets talk about the good stuff:
1. Our corporate office is located in the heart of Pleasant Grove, UT. However, this sales position will be located in Seattle, WA. We have been very successful at selling a particular pump system which we have the rights to sell in Washington. Rhino Pumps is currently ranked #1 in the United States in selling this pump package. This is the pumps you will be selling.
2. The work place has a fun, fresh and exciting dynamic. We have great sales teams, field crews, shop mechanics and of course our office admin is amazing and easy to work with.
3. If you like to party then you'll like it here. Our Office Manager has a bachelors degree in Recreation Management and knows how to throw a successful shindig. We enjoy having our employees bond over delicious food like Jimmy Johns and fresh BBQ'd smash burgers and tators. Our holiday party is a must come to as we celebrate Christmas with our team and their plus one at Top Golf. We like to hit Wasatch Wing and Clay in the fall for a wicked game of Annie Oakley for glory and prizes.
4. We are easy to please. Show up on time, work hard and complete your tasks. That's all we ask. No micromanaging around this neck of the woods.
5. We're growing bigger and bigger. Rhino Pumps started over 10 years ago and has continued to double our work load each advancing year. With this growth, there is opportunity for you to grow with our company as well.
6. We aren't big on stress. While we expect you to work efficiently and get things done, we focus on open communication and training so that things are done right the first time.
7. If you like the outdoors, then you'll like it here. Most of our employees hunt, fish, mtn bike, cowboy-up and camp. We like to talk about our adventures as we gather in our morning meetings to compare pictures and see who caught the biggest/prettiest fish.
8. You'll look stylish on the job in your Rhino Pumps t-shirt and button-ups. They're soft, comfy with plenty of room to stretch and bend. We also offer a boot allotment you can't resist.
Now, let's talk about what the job entails:
1. You need to be the type of person that gets the job done. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, organized and outgoing. We just ask that you show up to our sales meetings every Monday morning via zoom. We'll make sure your jobs are progressing and then assist in planning sales calls in your rad lifted Rhino truck making sales calls.
2. Rhino Pumps receives sales calls and email requests on a daily basis, giving you new customers you didn't have to reach out to first. A lot of these contacts have become great high end customers. The office will transfer these calls to your cell allowing you to build a trusted relationship with the possibility of a new customer.
3. You must have an ENGINEERING DEGREE becasue we need you to understand the equipment and processes of water pumps. We understand that this is an industry that most individuals have to be trained on. No problem, we're happy to teach you about pumps.
4. Four years of related experience is REQUIRED.

Let's be honest, we all work to pay the bills and afford our hobbies and toys. This job will pay according to your experience and what you can bring to the table. We'll start you out at salary and slowly move you to full commission.
