Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
The Employer Account Management Division is currently seeking a Staff Services Manager I to oversee and guide the analysts in the Post Retirement Employment & Audits team in providing excellent customer service to our members and business partners to ensure compliance with the California Public Employees Retirement Law in all matters regarding complex membership and Post Retirement enrollment determinations.

Working Conditions
- This position is designated as office-centered and works primarily onsite at the Sacramento, CA Headquarters at least three weekdays.
- Multi-level office environment. Occasional overnight/in-state travel may be required.
- A teleworker is considered Office-Centered if they work on average three or more days per week from the office.
