Seeking a Scheduler to join our client's team, someone who will also do Inside Sales and be the first line for Customer Service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Comfortable working in a competitive and structured environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in handling customer interactions over the phone and email.
- Prior experience in scheduling, customer service. Inside sales, preferred.
- High attention to detail and logical thinking.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other scheduling tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inside Sales & Customer Service
- First point of contact, greeting customers with professionalism.
- Identify new or existing customers and direct them to the appropriate team (inside sales or customer service)
- Clearly explain services, including details on the chemicals used, methods, and potential results.
- Provide pricing details.
Scheduling & Customer Follow-up
- Schedule appointments for pest control services.
- Assign technicians by company priorities.
- Coordinate with technicians to optimize route planning.
- Provide customers with 2-hour arrival windows and ensure timely updates when necessary.
- Follow up with customers post-service to gauge satisfaction and request reviews on Yelp and Google.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, ensuring all required information is documented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
