A new car retailer in South Bay is looking for capable, motivated, and outgoing sales consultants to join our team! Qualified candidates will have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for auto sales.
- Enjoy assisting customers.
- Eager to learn processes to negotiate for maximized return and highly satisfied customers.
- Ability to use empowerment and product knowledge to finalize sales.
- Networking and follow-up skills to maximize client base.
- Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Driver's License, Sales License.
- Able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends as needed.
- Able to pass drug and background checks.
- Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
Responsibilities will include:
- Be professional.
- Be punctual, maintain a good attendance record and keep appointments with customers.
- Complete dealership and manufacturer training requirements in a timely manner.
Our family-owned dealership offers a competitive pay plan; qualified candidates will be compensated with a base salary of $3,000 per month plus a comprehensive commission plan with earning potentials of up to $15,000 per month. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation and more. We are currently looking for only one candidate to fill this opening.
