Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services, fostering new business development.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements and enhance their experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales progress.
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize sales potential.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results for clients and the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,600.00 - $71,368.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • No weekends

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

  • Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
