- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up-selling.
-Promote awareness of the brand image internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Experience:
HOTEL SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, business development, or account management roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in technology sales or related industries is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
