Marketing Operations Manager

About Snowplow

As the leader in Data Creation, Snowplow empowers more than 10,000 organisations, including Strava, Burberry, Condé Nast and Flickr to create first-party customer behavioral data to unlock transformative AI and advanced analytics directly from their warehouse, lakehouse or in a real-time stream.

Snowplow was founded with the belief that data teams should spend their time innovating and driving competitive advantage, not extracting and wrangling behavioral data from CDP’s or digital analytics platforms.

Following our $40 million in Series B funding led by global venture capital firm, NEA, whose prior investments include Databricks, MongoDB, and Elastic, we are on the lookout for more creative and innovative individuals to help us shape our next chapter.

The Opportunity

Based within the Demand Generation function of the Marketing team, the Marketing Operations Manager translates business strategy into scalable systems and processes that help the marketing team focus on activities that drive business growth.

The role is both an operations architect and a data analyst that will work closely with RevOps to ensure seamless technology integration at the points where marketing meets sales in the broader operational framework. It will also collaborate with the data team on data modelling projects such as lead scoring.

We're looking for someone who can visit the Boston office at minimum once a fortnight for meetings and is in a realistic commutable distance to do so.

  • Data enrichment for marketing segmentation and lead scoring
  • Support RevOps and demand gen leadership on consent management operations (e.g. GDPR compliance)

Marketing Performance & Testing
  • A/B testing in digital channels (e.g. email, website, social media)

  • Digital analytics tracking and analysis (e.g. understanding website customer journey)

Quality Assurance / Pipeline Leak Mitigation

  • Test and QA forms and flows
