Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager. This position will be responsible for managing partnerships in the West US Market, driving performance and execution that is aligned with business and customer strategies, as well as achieving profitable sales objectives.


Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
  • Results: Leverage broker network to lead and deliver the Business Plan within budget (IBP, Financials, Forecast and Trade Management, etc) across a set of key regional retailers.
  • Develop 4P plan to be cascaded across broker network to deliver against KPI’s which ultimately deliver against revenue and share targets across region.
  • Cross-Functional: Key Customer and business advocate liaising with all cross-functional partners such as Customer Development / Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, etc to ensure goal alignment that drives BlueTriton and Customer objectives.
  • Leadership: Challenges organization to ensure goals are met through evolution of changing business dynamics
  • Customer HQ Chain Management: Develop JBP business relationships with select key Customers to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction through effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Plans
  • Broker Leadership: Work closely with Broker partners to develop strategic 4P plan, customer relationships, provide training and execute Primo Brand and customer programs
  • Negotiating: Ongoing negotiations of key customer contracts and business development programs and concepts, leading to long-term profitable partnerships
  • Customer Planning: Develop and execute key Customer Growth Plans through the identified Integrated Business Planning process and within the company provided investment guardrails
  • Profitability: Full ownership of meeting company provided margin contribution and net/net sales targets
  • Customer Administration: Utilize TPM to forecast volume and annual trade spend. Additionally, manage customer rebate, promotion & growth programs
  • Budget Management: Drive profitable growth while managing a company provided travel and entertainment budget

Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:
  • Develop, train and lead broker partner to execute Primo Brands’ strategic initiatives to drive and deliver revenue and share growth achieving annual targets.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Regional and/or Headquarter Account Customer Management
  • Grocery Channel experience required; Broker management experience preferred
  • Experience in Category Management utilizing data to deliver actionable insights
  • Financial Acumen
  • Ability to creatively develop new strategies, processes, practices, and programs that will substantially enhance a consumer centric approach
  • Ability to develop and build an annual plan meeting annual revenue target, identifying risks and opportunities throughout year
  • Self-starter and Collaborative mindset
  • Creative inventor of new strategies, processes, practices, and programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, TPM, Nielsen or Circana
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000. This role is eligible for a 20% annual bonus.
