Determined to perfect every detail, the binske brothers innovated elegant packaging solutions while expanding the product portfolio to include a wide variety of form factors including flower, prerolls, vape cartridges, concentrates and edibles. Currently available in Colorado, Florida, California, Michigan, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Washington, binske is setting high standards for ingredient quality, user experience and customer satisfaction.

The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator is to promote binske brands throughout Massachusetts by hosting events for retail and business customers to educate them on our brands and products. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will recruit and train Brand Ambassadors, as well as schedule and plan their team schedules.

The Marketing Coordinator has a genuine love and passion for everything cannabis is about and a deep respect for the plant, ingredients and the emerging cannabis industry. They should be an energetic and outgoing spirit who likes to be out in the world sharing and connectingwith others.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty in a satisfactory manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required for this position.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Managing Brand Ambassador Program
  • Recruiting and building a team of Brand Ambassadors in your assigned territory
  • Leading Brand Ambassador training and workshops, including demonstrating how
  • PopUps / Demos / Vendor Days are executed
  • Collect Brand Ambassador feedback to provide to the marketing and product departments regarding customers’ insights and questions
  • Brainstorm ideas and participate in Brand Ambassador training and workshops

Field Marketing Management:

  • Weekly visits to Key Accounts to maintain relationships and brand awareness
  • Distributing marketing collateral and identifying additional marketing collateral needed to support the market
  • Identifying display opportunities within our Key Accounts and helping ideate and execute these displays
  • Providing overall support for marketing initiatives and promotional activities at retail locations, including compiling assets and deliverables
  • Scheduling and calendar management of all events, including internally produced in-store events as well as event sponsorships and activations with external partners
  • Executing events, popups and activations as representative of the brand
  • Set up and tear down of event activations and transport of items when necessary
  • Distributing ghost packaging, swag, print collateral, apparel and promo items to staff at dispensaries
  • Managing storage unit / warehouse and inventory of ghost packaging, swag, print collateral, apparel and promo items
  • Notifying national Marketing Director on swag items that need to be reordered
  • Creating content at events, taking photos and making simple Reels for social media
  • Average of 3-4 days a week in the field and 1-2 days a week in home office

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and maintaining continued budtender education throughout your territory
  • Work closely with binske Marketing Director and binske Sales Director to align binske priorities with Ascend Wellness Holdings Wholesale Sales Team
  • Manage consistent communication from the road via Slack, Google Meets, and Basecamp project management platform
  • Participate in event marketing when needed

Must have consistent access to a reliable car, valid driver’s license, and car insurance. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., comfortable standing for hours at a time, walking, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
