Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Utilize our CRM to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position our offerings.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new potential clients and developing strategies for outreach.
- Prepare effectively for client meetings and respond promptly to proposals.
- Qualifications and Requirments
- Proven experience in account management or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing projects or teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with a sales CRM software is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Background checks and reference screenings will be part of the hiring process.
- Valid Driver’s License and drivers' abstract is required
