We are experiencing continuous growth and have one immediate opening for a full-time permanent Inside Sales Representative position for our office located in Richmond Hill, ON. Seeking a dynamic individual eager to embrace flexible scheduling opportunities, including weekend shifts encompassing both Saturdays and Sundays. This position will be reporting to the VP, US Store Operations. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Build estimates for customers in a highly efficient and accurate manner using our in-house design software
- Support Home Depot Associates with exceptional training and service through product training, quote building, demonstrations and by developing great partnerships. Training will take place over the phone, online through webinar style training and in-person.
- Assist with all new program roll-outs and expansions through helpful updates and communication
- Ensure that all Peak bays are fully stocked with our products, set to the correct planogram (POG) and ready for shopping. This will predominantly be achieved through an online auditing process and in partnership with key Home Depot stakeholders including the Merchandising Execution Team (MET)
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors
Experience, Traits and Qualifications
- Possess minimum 3 years’ solid experience with proven track record in an inside sales or customer service position
- A naturally customer-centric and sales-oriented team player who is extremely helpful and always demonstrates a "yes, can do" attitude
- Enjoys working flexible schedules, covering both Saturdays and Sundays
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), able to communicate in engaging, passionate and persuasive manner
- Demonstrate promptness, professionalism and courtesy at all times by keeping promises and taking good care of our customers
- Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management tool a strong asset
- A self-starter with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
