Hyperkin Inc. is currently searching for self motivated individuals to fulfill positions in their sales department. This is a full time, inside sales Associate/customer service position with a competitive salary with benefits.

Job Description:
Prospective employees will be working as one member of a five person sales team. Sales staff members manage their own customer accounts and generate their own leads individually. Some travel will be required, up to two to four trade shows a year. Dress is casual, atmosphere relaxed.
Primary Responsibilities
-Responsible for revenue generation and meeting sales targets
-Establish, maintain and grow relationships with retail partners
-Develop new leads with classic and modern tactics
-Ensure client satisfaction
-Negotiate terms, back end deals or services with clients
-Identify potential growth areas, and open new accounts by prospecting
-Communicating special offers, presenting new products
-Prepare written paperwork, presentations, reports, and price quotes
-Assist the Sales Manager in general tasks
Qualifications:
- Extensive telephone experience and experience dealing with the public
- Tech savvy and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Use of NAV, CRM Software
- Experience in wholesale manufacturing a plus
- A base knowledge of video games is a must
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- Excellent negotiation and follow up skills
- Excellent reading and writing ability
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Friendly, outgoing attitude
- Words per minute: 45+
- Recognized as having excellent negotiation and follow up skills
- Successfully close sales and meet individual sales goals
Candidate must possess keen analytical skills; follow, be up to date with, and understand the implications of long term business trends in the video game and technology industries.
Other desired skills:
- Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)
- Excellent organizational skills and work habits
- Spanish Speaking a plus.
