Job description
Duties and responsibilities:

• Receive customer orders and inquiries by telephone, fax or email and process orders
• Receive, process, adjust orders, and assist customers as required with the onlin sit
• Provide the highest level of service to customers including product information, suggestions of product substitutions, or grouping product for pricing and advising customers on how to purchase more efficiently
• Receive customer complaints, research complaints and initiate corrective action to resolve problems
• Keep Sales Consultants informed of activities concerning established customers
• Liaise with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure customer contracts are accurate and updated on a timely basis
• Tele-market with respect to lead/sales generation and development
• Identify opportunities for mill support and margin improvement
• Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

• Completion of a bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field considered an asset
• At least 1 year Experience in the professional sales industry
• An excellent understanding of the printing industry
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Excellent attention to details
• Self-directed and self-motivated
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to do cold calling on customers (outbound sales calls); and
• Ability to interact with walk-in customers.
