We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships with customers and have a passion for hot sauce and sales.

Position Overview:

Elijah's Xtreme is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our continued growth, building relationships with grocers, retailers, restaurants, driving sales, and spreading the fiery love of Elijah's Xtreme.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Utilize your sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets, growing revenue and market share for our brand.
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers through proactive outreach via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert on Elijah's Xtreme Hot Sauce products, understanding their unique selling points and effectively communicating them to customers.
  • Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives and develop sales collateral as needed. As well as our grocery brokers to help sell and close opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Take part in trade shows and spicy events. Help train brand advocates team to become selling arm at selling events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey product benefits.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,500.00 per year
