Who You Are::
As a Broker Development Representative (BDR) at Touchcare, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), partnering with AE’s, and acting in an inside sales capacity.
What You'll Do::
  • Prospecting:
  • Identify net new brokers to fill the top of the sales funnel.
  • Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and events to qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into SQLs.
  • Qualification:
  • Conduct initial outreach and qualification to assess the level of interest and suitability of MQLs.
  • Determine whether leads meet the criteria for a SQL.
  • Scheduling Demo:
  • Set up meetings or "demos" between SQLs and the sales team.
  • Provide an opportunity for the sales team to explore broker needs and position the value of Touchcare’s solutions.
  • Nurture:
  • Maintain contact with SQLs who are not immediately ready for a demo.
  • Nurture relationships over time, keeping Touchcare’s products or services top-of-mind until the SQL is ready to schedule a demo.
  • Business Intelligence:
  • Gather valuable insights and feedback from brokers (and indirectly from their clients).
  • Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and messaging.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
  • Work closely with Senior Sales Consultants (SSCs) to align efforts and collaborate on strategies, messaging, and SQL handoff.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales pipeline.
What You Bring::
  • 1+ year of BDR/inside sales experience
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
  • Experienced user of SalesForce and other CRMs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
  • Bachelor's degree
