We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
This role is strictly an account support role, supporting our major accounts in their ability to handle all of their sales and customer service functions. This is not a sales role.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound client requests;
- Assisting new clients with on-boarding;
- Troubleshooting for clients related to new customer sales;
- Mastering our technologies;
- Educating clients on our procedures and best practices;
- Data Entry and other administrative duties;
- Managing daily reporting tasks;
- Auditing client activity for regulatory and company policy compliance.
Requirements;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong phone skills;
- Experience with Microsoft Excel;
- Enthusiastic;
- Must be a dynamic individual who can multi-task under pressure;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Previous Industry experience not required but is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
