Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and possess excellent leadership skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the HVAC team to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues.
Collaborate with sales teams to assist in technical sales and pre-sales activities, including product demos.
Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding HVAC installations and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and materials consumed.
Train new employees on company policies, safety procedures, and technical skills related to HVAC systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role within the industry.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
Familiarity with computer networking principles as they relate to HVAC control systems.
Proficiency in using tools such as Azure for system management and monitoring.
Experience with Linux environments and VMWare for virtualization tasks is preferred.
Proficient in Python programming for automation tasks related to HVAC operations is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Ability to perform product demos and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $97,201.00 - $103,590.00 per year
