Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and possess excellent leadership skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of service quality.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the HVAC team to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues.
- Collaborate with sales teams to assist in technical sales and pre-sales activities, including product demos.
- Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding HVAC installations and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and materials consumed.
- Train new employees on company policies, safety procedures, and technical skills related to HVAC systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role within the industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with computer networking principles as they relate to HVAC control systems.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Azure for system management and monitoring.
- Experience with Linux environments and VMWare for virtualization tasks is preferred.
- Proficient in Python programming for automation tasks related to HVAC operations is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $97,201.00 - $103,590.00 per year
