Weare looking for a bright individual we can train to be our right-hand person as an Entry Level Account Manager to work cross-functionally with all departments. Our company is expected to reach high and specific sales goals for our clients.

Our Entry Level Account Manager will be trained in every department of our company, starting with the basics of direct sales and customer acquisition to create a solid foundation and understanding of the business. In addition to learning the backend of all business operations, you will become an asset to the company by leading a team and driving acquisition as an Entry Level Account Manager!

In the Entry Level Account Manager position, you will be expected to:

Learn how to effectively train, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team by working collaboratively with upper-level management
Learn how to run training sessions and meetings for the entry-level team to help them better understand the products and services
Generate and analyze results to come up with solutions on how to improve overall performance metrics within the team
Inform consumers about our clients products and services available to them
Develop a strong understanding of our company by shadowing our senior management staff in all aspects of leadership, payroll, human resources, client management, and business development

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Some experience in a customer facing role is preferred but not required; full training is provided to all associates
A strong desire to grow within the company and help others
High drive and ambition with a studious mindset to help grow the business
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Some college coursework in a related field is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week
