Responsibilities:

• Full time management of a 7+ person sales team
• Master the sales cycle: prospecting, consultations, and closing
• Ongoing individual and team training
• Forecasting & goal setting
• Curating new sales & marketing opportunities
• Travel (within US) to exhibit at trade shows
• Work from our Rancho Bernardo headquarters 4x week

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• 1+ years of management experience
• 1+ years of experience in the Internet Marketing Industry
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• A knack for building rapport and relationships
• High school diploma and San Diego County residency
