Key Job Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Target specific verticals to build relationships and sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads.
- Perform pre-site visit client needs analysis.
- Perform site visits collecting all required engineering information.
- Lead post-site visit engineering hand-off meetings.
- Review post-engineering bill of materials for accuracy.
- Generate client proposals and with competitive profit margins.
- Perform consistent quote follow-ups to maximize the probability of opportunity award.
- Work tirelessly to close sales by listening to client concerns, responding accordingly, and negotiating a positive outcome.
- Dress and behave professionally. There are no second chances for a first impression.
- Use data to drive decisions and improve.
- Embrace, conform, and live the company’s core values and EOS business operating system.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of selling commercial audio-visual solutions.
- High school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred.
- CTS certification preferred.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter who delivers quality work with a high sense of urgency and accountability
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to have tact, patience and courtesy when communicating and interacting with others.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
