As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring that our market presence is effectively established and maintained.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share within assigned territories.
Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients.
Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide training, support, and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team activities.

Skills
