We are a Wholesale Distribution company specializing in Smoking Accessories, Apparel & Disposable Vapes. As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our B2B clients.
Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business needs and objectives
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, improve market share, and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase product and service visibility and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated business development acumen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
