As A Verizon Sales Trainee, You Will Be:
- Spearhead client education on services and product updates to advise on the best approach to drive solution outcomes for clients and agencies
- Manage customer relationships and drive engagement to help customers find better wireless and internet solutions and create new revenue opportunities
- Collaborating with fellow Verizon Sales Trainees and Managers to coordinate efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to sales initiatives
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding product usage within your account portfolio, working in synergy with the sales team
- Evaluate customer needs, actively listen to their concerns, and propose value-based solutions based on what they are looking for
Verizon Sales Trainee Requirements:
- Background in telecommunications, account management, sales, client relations, business development, communications, or any related field
- Strong communication skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to drive sales and deliver an unmatched client experience
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-caliber results
- Ability to understand complex situations and effectively resolve issues
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights that will increase profit margins
- Track record of supporting revenue goals, driving sales, and overturning objections
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,735.00 - $54,000.00 per year
