We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manger to join our team. We offer competitive wages based on experience, employee training and a great work environment. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to our clients while ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding client expectations and delivering projects as promised.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Ability to understand the contractual obligations as outlined in the Scope of Work for each project and ensure that services are delivered according to specifications and company standards.
● Coordinate with team members to manage schedules, resolve challenges and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
● Review, manage and track client contracts including Scope of Work and pricing.
● Meet onsite with clients to discuss, review and estimate proposed projects.
● Prepare, present and close proposals for services and/or contract renewal.
● Ability to inquire, communicate and sale additional projects at client sites.
● Communicate and coordinate with sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition, retention and expansion.
● Gather, analyze and report out customer feedback to team to drive continuous improvement of client experience.
● Identify and rectify dispatching challenges.
● Inspect projects routinely to ensure projects meet company quality control standards, are on budget, schedule and achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
● Participate in training activities and department meetings.
● Ability to handle high volume of workloads without additional management involvement.
● Eliminate any office and field related variances through ongoing communication between field and office to minimize cost slippage.
● Implement and maintain sustained training for field personnel
● Assist in analyzing cost saving measures and accurate budgets and generate accurate material and labor cost estimates.
● Directly supervise crew leads
● Establishes daily priorities and assigns work to crews and individuals based on project Scope of Work.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
● Consistently demonstrates a positive, respectful and professional approach to work and team members.
● Team player that works collaboratively and utilizes attention to detail to assure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
● A comprehensive knowledge of landscape maintenance and irrigation systems with the ability to solve issues that may arise.
● Experienced in planting, including knowledge of the common names of plants used in the region.
● Expertise with landscape irrigation systems including but not limited to; installing and programming controllers, installing parts and materials and repairs of systems
● Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● Able to assess situations and make sound decisions that support overall project goals.
● Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and service delivery
● Ensures timely and accurate project completion
● Dedicated, dependable and self-motivated.
● Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
● A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
● Minimum of five years landscape experience
● Performs other duties as assigned.

● Pay is $30-$35 an hour based on experience and 90-day probationary period
