OEM Sales Manager Opportunity
Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OEM Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will use your sales and technical expertise to build strong relationships, drive new business development, and provide valuable technical support to OEM customers. You will be supported by a dedicated sales team, skilled engineering staff, and an advanced CRM system to help you succeed in this key role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the OEM market.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales support team and engineering staff to address customer needs and deliver solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (Sales Force) to manage and track customer relationships and sales progress.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to offer the best recommendations to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a technical or OEM-focused environment.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on meeting targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Sales Force, is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
