Job description
Classic Fire + Life Safety is looking for a Sales Support Administrator who is a motivated, organized, and personable individual willing to contribute their experience and expertise in sales and office administration. The Sales Support Administrator supports the Service Sales Team while being organized, friendly, and a team player. Depending on the candidate's skills, the Sales Support Administrator will also act in a functioning sales capacity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
- Assistance with customer communications
- Management of customer transactions
- Sales reporting and record keeping
- Provision of after-sales support
- Administrative tasks which would aid in the smooth flow of the day-to-day operations of the department
- Work closely with other Directors and Managers.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager – Inside Sales.
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the fire protection industry an asset
- Experience in service-centric labour-based industries as sales and/or administration an asset
- Proven track record of working in a high-paced, service-based environment
- Detailed oriented and able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills & work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills with staff and customers
- Efficient with client-management software and Microsoft 365
