About the Job
Foundation Automotive is in search of an experienced Service Advisor to join their team, responsible for assessing vehicle service needs, offering additional services, and managing repair orders. Key responsibilities include setting appointments, greeting customers, determining service needs, utilizing a consultative selling approach, producing transparent repair orders, and coordinating with technicians and parts departments for timely completion. The role also involves communicating changes in estimates or promise times to customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience, meeting customer service standards, and upholding dealership integrity. Requirements include a high school diploma, a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, basic automotive knowledge, a valid driver's license with an acceptable record, successful completion of pre-employment screening, and authorization to work in the USA.
