Compensation: $18-$19 per hour + Commission

Job Summary: The Sales Manager at StretchLab Coconut Creek plays a critical role in driving membership sales, managing studio operations, and fostering client relationships. This individual will be responsible for meeting sales goals, growing the membership base, and ensuring that every client has a premium experience from the moment they enter the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Drive membership sales through outbound calls, lead generation, and follow-up.
- Conduct studio tours, and present membership options to potential clients.
- Actively participate in community events and pop-up promotional opportunities to generate leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relations:
- Manage all studio inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Build relationships with clients to encourage referrals and retention.
- Address client concerns and handle membership requests, cancellations, and other administrative duties.
- Studio Operations:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure effective scheduling of staff and stretching appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, sales performance, and daily operations.
- Team Leadership:
- Support and motivate the team to achieve studio goals.
- Assist in training new staff and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
Compensation:
- $18-$19 per hour + commission.
