```Duties```
Looking for a Client Account Manager with an understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align technology solutions with clients’ business goals. The role involves a combination of relationship management, technical understanding, and project oversight within the context of managed IT services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients utilizing managed services.
- Understand clients' IT needs, challenges, and business objectives.
Service Delivery Oversight:
- Ensure the successful delivery of managed IT services to clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
Technology Consulting:
- Act as a consultant to clients, providing insights on technology trends and recommending solutions to address their specific business requirements.
Account Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve client satisfaction and retention.
- Work with clients to align their IT strategy with the MSP's services.
IT Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project teams to address technical challenges.
Incident and Problem Resolution:
- Manage the resolution of incidents and problems, working closely with technical support teams.
- Provide timely and effective communication to clients during critical situations.
Security and Compliance:
- Ensure that the IT services provided comply with relevant security standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to address security concerns and implement best practices.
Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure the delivery of integrated solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and vendors to enhance services.
Training and Onboarding:
- Facilitate client onboarding processes and provide training on MSP services.
- Ensure clients are fully informed about available resources and support channels.
Client Advocacy:
- Advocate for clients' interests within the MSP organization.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to address specific requirements.
Continuous Improvement in IT Services:
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of services.
```Qualifications```
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
