Customer Service Representative:
Your goal in this position is to become an integral part of a successful team working together in coordinating communications for our customer base. Working with production team and logistic team in coordinating on time delivery to meet customer requirements.
CSR would support the field sales team in communication and administrative activities. Work directly with Director of Sales in fielding potential customer inquiries and fulfilling sales support task as required.
Responsibilities
Provide introductory information to new customers
Ensure customers are satisfied with products or services
Letting customers or clients know about additional products and services offered
Determine the quickest and most effective method to answer a client’s questions
Escalate queries and concerns to appropriate team members or management
Troubleshooting common issues with product or service
Working with other CSR’s and departments to find appropriate solutions to customer concerns, requirements, or questions.
Communicate with sellers and customers about orders
Work with customers and sellers to resolve issues with customer requirements
Develop and communicate leads for outside sellers
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills -written, verbal, and listening
Scheduling and logistics experience a must
Initiative-taking
Meticulous
Dedicated to customer service
Ability to work in team environment
Ability to multitask
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Strong critical thinking skills
Form professional relationships with customers
Excellent computer skills- MS Office, Excel.
