Job Description
This position is responsible for managing, planning and organizing the resident's admission process within the rules, standards and laws of the Federal, State and County governments, as well as within the guidelines of the community. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment when interacting with referral resources, prospective customers and their families and making a decision related to new move-ins. This position regularly applies sales and marketing principles when interacting with healthcare professionals including, but not limited to members of hospitals, home health agencies, case managers, surrounding nursing
homes and physicians in private practice for purposes of generating referrals.
Education
- Completion of an Associates or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with course work in sales, marketing, business administration, social services or related area.
Experience
- Three (3) years of experience in senior living setting working within a sales and marketing role preferred, but not required.
