About the Role:

CoreWeave is entering a vital phase of planning for continued growth. After achieving significant revenue increases in the past two years, we are now enhancing our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Revenue Operations to support sustained growth. As the Manager/Director of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate closely with our Sr Director of Revenue Operations, VP of Sales and GTM leaders to refine and execute our GTM strategy across various elements such as sales, partnerships strategy, operational processes, analytics, and tooling.

In this role, you will serve as a key operational partner to the GTM functions, managing Sales & Post-Sales Operations and Enablement teams. You will help establish improved processes for goal-setting, forecasting, reporting, and tooling, and work cross-functionally to ensure that CoreWeave's GTM teams are well-equipped to surpass their targets. This is a crucial position where your contributions will directly influence CoreWeave's growth and customer engagement strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with GTM Leaders to convert go-to-market strategies into actionable plans, manage goal attainment, and implement enhancements to playbooks, processes, and tools.
  • Oversee and expand CoreWeave's Sales Operations & Partner Operations team to bolster the GTM strategy for present and anticipated growth.
  • Handle all facets of daily and strategic sales and partner operations, including daily management, quota & commissions, and planning cycles.
  • Initiate and manage change, setting up new GTM motions as necessary, including the introduction of dedicated account management operations at CoreWeave.
  • Work alongside CoreWeave's Sr Director of RevOps and VP of Sales to manage executive and team-level reporting and forecasting, offering proactive insights to GTM teams.
  • Collaborate with systems engineering teams to develop and operationalize the GTM tech stack.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop team members within the Revenue Operations team, overseeing a mix of individual contributors and managers.
  • Act as a pivotal member of the CoreWeave GTM & Operations leadership team, ensuring effective setup and execution of GTM initiatives.

What You'll Need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations within B2B environments that have experienced significant growth.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams within Sales and Channel Partners.
  • Proven track record of supporting GTM functions and scaling GTM teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences.
  • Demonstrated capability to generate actionable insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • A proactive approach, ready to both execute tasks hands-on and strategize as needed.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a history of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with GTM Systems and partnering with systems engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, Outreach and Business Intelligence tools.

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge in AI and Cloud technology.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Background in supporting channel partner and post-sales teams in developing cross-sell and upsell strategies, and establishing deal desks.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of GTM systems & tools like Outreach, Gong, Clari, Atrium, and additional SFDC experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $190,000-$210,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
