Inside Sales Coordinator
Stoney Creek, ON
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
As a member of this leading supplier to industries including automotive, aerospace, food, construction and more, you will provide exceptional customer service, while supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- You will provide customers with sales quotes and product application support.
- You will support the Sales Manager and Purchasing coordinator.
- You will maintain exceptional customer service over the phone and email.
- You will enter orders accurately.
- You will develop and maintain business relationships with customers in a professional and ethical manner.
- You will complete sales order processing within Microsoft Dynamics GP
Requirements
- You have experience in a similar support role.
- You are looking for a position to grow in.
- You have a positive attitude and are willing to help the team.
- You have superior time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You have experience with GP (asset).
