About the opportunity
How this Role Delivers Technolojoy

As part of our Procurement team, this role will act as a key link between clients, TLC departments and external suppliers to ensure our clients have the products and services they need to drive their business success.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Tier 1 Procurement Ticket Ownership including preparing quotes, inputting orders, tracking and following up on outstanding items.
  • Licensing coordination and administration for clients
  • Shipping, receiving & tracking items to/from both client locations and other TLC offices.
  • Assisting Procurement Team members with ticket follow-up and quote preparation for Professional Services
  • Assisting on other projects as needed
  • Office Administration including ensuring the Langley office has sufficient office supplies and food


Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite
  • Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) or PSA (Professional Services Automation) software an asset.

  • Ability to work as part of a team, and to work collaboratively with Other departments .
  • Exceptional ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships within all levels of the organization
  • Well-established time-management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional ability to listen, communicate and collaborate
  • Legally allowed to work in Canada
