About the opportunity
How this Role Delivers Technolojoy
As part of our Procurement team, this role will act as a key link between clients, TLC departments and external suppliers to ensure our clients have the products and services they need to drive their business success.
Key Accountabilities:
- Tier 1 Procurement Ticket Ownership including preparing quotes, inputting orders, tracking and following up on outstanding items.
- Licensing coordination and administration for clients
- Shipping, receiving & tracking items to/from both client locations and other TLC offices.
- Assisting Procurement Team members with ticket follow-up and quote preparation for Professional Services
- Assisting on other projects as needed
- Office Administration including ensuring the Langley office has sufficient office supplies and food
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ Years Customer Service Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite
- Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) or PSA (Professional Services Automation) software an asset.

- Legally allowed to work in Canada
