Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and the capability to manage and motivate a sales team.

Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and pricing
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers

Skills:

- Dealership experience required
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in outside sales or technical sales is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
