A day in your life as a Risk Management CSR:

· Support Account Manager (AM) by creating/issuing renewal certificates

· Binder generation, managing cancellations, issuance support, data entry, billing

· Answer incoming client calls/emails to provide coverage information as necessary

· Work directly with GG Accounting dept on all Avalon Accounting needs

· Process endorsements, mailing address changes, and other general items as required for compliance or insureds request

· Inspection reports-set up, confirming complete and recording in system

· Reviewing recommendations for clarity, error and solve potential issues

What do you need to be successful?

• Outstanding communication skills and teamwork
• Confident, self-starter who works with a sense of urgency
• Bring a positive attitude to work each day
• Licensed preferred, or willing to get within 90 days
• Experience in an insurance office or desire to one day become an agent is welcome!

Compensation & Benefits:

· $62-70K starting base DOE and licensing; with increases based on performance

· Eligible for bonuses and commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
