Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Execute a full technical review and select appropriate pumping equipment to meet client specifications provided in the Request for Quote (RFQ).
· Prepare comprehensive quotations for submission.
· Work directly with represented manufacturers to obtain technical information, project pricing and special requirements.
· Ensure all quotations and orders are prepared and submitted as per schedule commitments.
· Once purchase orders are received, you will prepare all purchase orders for the equipment and provide drawings for the shop fabrication and assembly of the pump and motor base.
· Prepare final document package once complete.
Requirements:
· Post-secondary education in a technical mechanical discipline
· CET designation, or a combination of relevant education and experience in the mechanical industry, specifically with a focus on rotating equipment.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficient in written communication for effective correspondence with customers.
· Proficiency in Microsoft office 365 and experience in dealing with ERP systems (Like: SAP NetSuite – Oracle, among others)
