Job Overview
The AMS Coordinator assists the After Market Sales and Engineering Department with all required administrative duties and activities pertaining to the procuring and sales of AMS products, consisting of spare parts and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales growth by developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of administrative and exceptional customer service skills to effectively promote our products and services.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Proficient in MS Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access. As well as ERP and CRM systems.
- Communicates with customers (end users, distributors, traders, etc.) regarding RFQ's and Inquiries.
- Prepares and submits quotes; processes and maintains orders in Vantage;
- Prepares commercial documentation per order requirements.
- Perform inside sales tasks, including upselling existing customers on additional products or services.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team, vendors, suppliers, procurement, production and other departments to provide admin support and assist with their projects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Skills
- Proficient in MS Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access. As well as ERP and CRM systems.
- Well-developed presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs for effective selling strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
