  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Skilled at persuasion, influence, and negotiation.
  • Works well in a team and across departments.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Competencies:

  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships through communication, trust, and integrity.
  • Management of Complexity: Adapt and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Customer Focus: Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Identify new prospects and successfully negotiate in a collaborative, consultative way.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop business priorities that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Logistics sales experience.
  • Familiarity with Loadboards, TMS, and a network of carriers/accounts.
  • Knowledge of organizing dedicated transport runs, routing, and planning.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

What’s in it for YOU:

At ILCO Transit, we offer a comprehensive range of benefits:

  • Competitive Salary & Benefits: Including health and wellness programs, performance bonuses, and more. Compensation is tied directly to your experience, and higher pay is available for those bringing in established, profit-generating accounts.
  • Career Growth Opportunities: We provide opportunities for advancement through ongoing training and development programs.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work in a team-focused, dynamic environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.
  • Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of flexibility in today’s work environment and strive to provide options that allow for a balanced lifestyle.
