Landscape Expressions is a commercial landscape company in the DFW East Texas region that was established in 1980. We specialize in upscale apartment buildings and commercial business buildings. Landscape Expressions has 40 + employees and is currently looking to add to our team!

Role Description
The maintenance account manager is a key position within the landscape management department, serving as the main point of contact for clients with contracted accounts. This role demands strong client and employee relationship skills, excellent time management, organizational skills, and a good knowledge of plant materials. Person in this position must have clear communication of contract details for collaboration with production management and teams to deliver services profitably.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscape/ maintenance account management or a similar customer facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Excellent problem- solving and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, landscaping, or horticulture
