Kit Masters, Inc. is an industry-leading, solutions-driven manufacturer specializing in heavy- duty aftermarket components, including remanufactured fan clutches, rebuild kits and accessories. We currently have an opportunity for a motivated, results-driven Western Regional Sales Manager to lead and assist in the company’s success across the Western half of the USA region by maximizing revenue and profit opportunities. The ideal candidate will identify leads, engage with clients through the sales process, and close sales opportunities to grow revenue in the region. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for leading an experienced team of sales representatives. Preference is given to those who live in the Western half of the USA.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manages sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate goals.
  • Leading a regional sales team by providing guidance, training, on-the-ground support and mentorship; as well as setting individual sales targets with goal of increasing sales in overall territory.
  • Developing an overall regional sales plan considering sales, revenue and expenses.
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals as requested.
  • Networking, developing, implementing and monitoring new and current sales initiatives, strategies and programs with all customer accounts, while discussing needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
  • Constantly networking and targeting new potential customers and assessing opportunities.
  • Tracking sales goals by analyzing sales data, reporting results to national sales manager through reports and presentations as necessary.
  • Analyzing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development.
  • Attending relevant industry events and conferences to build business.
  • Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business.

  • Ability to travel to meet territory goals (50% travel)
  • Proven track record of providing value to a company, achieving sales goals, leading a team.
  • Ability to be a positive communicative leader and motivator, while also challenging their team to grow.
  • Ability to have strong sales follow-up, multi-tasker, organizational skills and CRM management skills.
  • Ability to learn our products and communicate with the Sales Director.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a Sales capacity.
  • Leadership Skills that involve ability to teach, coach, and mentor employees.
  • Relevant industry background gained from a competitor or company in a related industry.
